Contents of the half-marathon pack: 1 box of gatosport 400g, 1 bottle of 50cl waiting drink, 1 antioxidant gel, 1 energix gel, 1 whiplash gel, 1 race number belt.
Directions for use
• Breakfast (or last meal before the race): 1/3 Gatosport, possibly accompanied by water, tea or coffee,
• Stabilise blood sugar levels: drink 1 x 50cl bottle of Boisson d'attente regularly in small quantities in the last hour before the start,
• Km 5 : 1 Antioxidant Gel + 5 to 10 cl of water,
• Km 10 : 1 Energix Gel + 5 to 10 cl of water,
• Km 15 : 1 Coup de Fouet Gel + 5 to 10 cl of water.
Utilisation:
- Petit déjeuner (ou dernier repas avant course) : 1/3 Gatosport accompagné éventuellement d’eau, de thé ou de café,
- Stabilisation de la glycémie : boire 1 bouteille de 50 cl de Boisson d'attente de façon régulière par petites quantités la dernière heure avant le départ,
- Juste avant le départ : 1 tube de Gel Antioxydant liquide + 5 à 10 cl d'eau,
- Km 10 : 1 tube de Energix liquide + 5 à 10 cl d'eau,
- Km 15 : 1 tube de Coup de Fouet liquide + 5 à 10 cl d'eau
