The Wave Daichi 8 with U4icX foam provides a soft landing and a strong push-off. The foam is lightweight and provides less impact on the feet due to the soft landing. This shoe has more structure and stability due to Mizuno Wave technology. Wave technology provides stability and support by using two EVA foams, each with its own density and cushioning capacity. With every step you take, the landing will be partially cushioned and a spring effect follows through the undulating foams. A protection plate in the midsole provides a buffer against rocks without adding extra weight, so you can take on even the most dangerous trails. The plate also helps you move deftly on trail trails.
