BV SPORT's R&D centre has demonstrated through its numerous scientific studies that the pressures transmitted to the lower limbs vary according to the type and thickness of the living biological tissues of which they are composed. These tissues behave like pressure absorbers (muscles and fat) or, on the contrary, are incompressible (bones and, to a lesser extent, tendons and nerves).

These innovative parameters have enabled us to design meshes with variable rigidity (flexible/semi-rigid/rigid), which have been incorporated into the manufacture of our compression ranges (Booster and ProRecup) since 2004.

Selective compression respects the anatomy and physiology of sportspeople, optimises muscular biomechanics in movement, improves venous return, limits vibrations and parasitic oscillations, reduces the risk of muscle soreness and DOMS and lowers the fatigue threshold.

The ProRecup Elite EVO range should be worn as soon as possible after each effort (training, matches and competitions) for a minimum of 2 hours. ProRecup Elite EVO can be worn for longer periods, particularly during physical preparation or after long periods of exertion.
