These electrolyte capsules contain sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium, in a ratio that matches the electrolyte composition present in your sweat. They also contain a small amount of vitamin D, to help you absorb calcium, which is essential for muscle activation.
SaltStick Caps can be taken on their own with water, or to boost your electrolyte intake (particularly important if you're a salty jumper) during long, hard, hot sessions.
