Constant evolution
Every time someone trains with Eliud Kipchoge, they're asked to plant a tree at their base camp as a testament to their evolution. The patterns on the outsole evoke this evolution, with branches leaning towards the front of the shoe. The gradient of clay red is a nod to the Kenyan dust that leaves traces on the shoes during training. The font is reminiscent of African trees, which have fractal-like patterns on their bark.
