VaporFly 4 NIKE

Pedal for miles with this new, even lighter Vaporfly 4. We've lightened the previous version without compromising on performance. With its carbon fibre Flyplate and ultra-reactive ZoomX foam midsole, it has everything it takes to move up a gear. The result? A running shoe you can rely on for all distances.

Full speed

Full-length carbon fibre Flyplate with a higher angle than that of the Vaporfly 3. The heel-to-toe angle is also lower. This shoe provides an exceptional feeling of propulsion on race day.

Lighter foam

We've lightened the Nike ZoomX, our most responsive foam. From heel to toe, it ensures better energy return thanks to a slightly reduced midsole, for greater responsiveness and lightness.

Lighter upper

The woven mesh makes the shoe lighter while providing a more even fit. We've also reduced the size of the heel and tongue for even greater lightness.

Lighter midsole and outsole

The midsole reinforcement in the heel reduces the weight on the inside of the foot and produces a more stable stride. The outsole has been lightened by using thinner rubber than in the Vaporfly 3.
