• MIZUNO ENERZY FOAM MIZUNO ENERZY, which offers amazing cushioning and energy return, is incorporated throughout the midsole.

• MIZUNO WAVE (FOAM) MIZUNO WAVE, featuring a corrugated structure with EVA in two hardnesses, improves stability without compromising on cushioning. It is placed from the heel to the mid-lateral area.

• Rock Plate The shoe has a shock-absorbing EVA PLATE at the forefoot. It offers shock absorption against rocks.

• Vibram Megagrip Vibram´s leading high-performance compound. It offers excellent grip, especially on wet and uneven terrain. (30% more vertical grip and 20% more lateral grip than conventional Vibram soles)

• Gore-Tex Breathable but waterproof, the Gore-Tex membrane keeps feet comfortable in all weather conditions.
