Its combination of lean meat (chicken from France), medium-grain semolina and Mediterranean vegetables (tomatoes, carrots, courgettes, chickpeas and onions) makes it a very well-balanced dish after a day's walking. Delicately flavoured, this dish can be rehydrated in hot water. The sachet is compact and lightweight, making it easy to carry in a rucksack.
